High Performance:

The BT160GD Elite Series glass/dishwasher is the first compact under bench machine capable of performing in the busiest hotel, while being just as at home in a small coffee shop. The high wash chamber will accept beer jugs and wine carafes up to 240mm high.

Versatile:

Three cycle options allow the machine to wash a range of items from beer glasses and coffee cups to small plates. A one minute cycle, with a cold cooling down rinse, can be used for the busy bar where fast turnaround is required, and a one or two minute cycle with no cold rinse, for washing items ranging from coffee cups to small plates. An efficient 112 watt wash pump with built-in rinse aid and detergent dispensers give consistent results eachload.

Top and Bottom Rinse:

Hot waterraised to 82 degrees Celsius via built in booster tank is sprayed over the load via top and bottom rotating rinse arms ensuring thorough sanitising of the articles.

Conformance to Health Regulations:

An internal interlock will prevent the machine from operating unless the temperature required by regulation has been reached. Clearly legible wash & rinse temperature gauges allow the operator to confirm that the machine is operating within the prescribed range.

Simple to Install:

The BT160GD comes standard with a pump-out drain and includes hot and cold water connection hoses. Simply connect the drain too the dishwasher connection on the "S" trap and connect the hoses to the respective hot and cold water taps. Plug the power cord into a 15 Amp outlet and the machine is ready to operate.

Economical:

Designed to be used in areas where low water consumption is a priority, the BT160GD has a recirculating wash system, which reduces hot water usage to 2.5L per cycle. When compared to the more resource hungry models on the market, the slightly higher initial cost is quickly recovered with savings in power and water consumption, along with reduced installation costs from having a pump-out drain.

Durable:

All stainless steel welded construction and copper boiler tank enable the Norris BT160GD to withstand the corrosive effects of Australia's water supply. Fully sealed insulated door with clean inner skin for added strength and ease of cleaning keep heat loss and noise down to a minimum. A 5 year warranty on the cabinet is a testament to the confidence that Norris has in the longevity of their machines.

Easy to Maintain:

Norris has deliberately refrained from using electronics in their machines. All controls are electromechanical and are readily available, this ensures that should your machine ever need servicing a local trades person will be able to get you up and running with minimum disruption and cost.
